WHY ME

i think now...is a very difficult time for me mental wise

career wise its quite... going good so im happy in the direction that its going

but then.... i think you cant always have both

i realised recently i did interviews very bitterly and ive been quite agressive or depressed

and i feel like kind of regret my attitude but i hope you guys understand why im so angry and upset

is because i recently god this food allergy, i cant eat beef, meat, shrimp, tuna, fat fish stuff...

orelse i cant sleep at night n i get so itchy

i feel so mad because i finally recently started to take care of my health (doing yoga...meditation)

and i was finally at peace and now allgery????

and what did i fucking do? i never eat so much junk food, i dont drink like an alcoholic, i dont do drugs,

i dont party im so quiet and i dont starve myself, and why

i already am so picky about food and why delete so much meat menu from my life?

and i hate beans + peanut +tofu stuff so i hate vegan food

and i also dont eat fried/stemed vegetables so....

also i dont eat a salad unless im convinced it is very fresh (or unless i wash it myself) without salad dressing,

i hate maynoise and oily salad dressing, i hate cheese (lactose intolerent) , i hate milk, i naturally HATE FRIED FOOD

the only thing i kinda liked was fried chicken and no more that too,

i HATE VEGAN FOOD i think it tastes like CRAP no matter what

WHAT DO I EAT ! IM SO HUNGRY!

....

i want to cry cos im so hungry and i cant eat anything nice and fullfilling

any menu suggestion?

what am i suppose to do, be a skinny fascist?????

whoa, and I thought I was limited in choices because I am lactose intolerant as well.

They make quite good meat-fakes from tofu - you do not even get that it is tofu, and you could actually be fooled that it is actual meat. Maybe you can eat more other kind of seafood. Squish or stuff? Kinda like calamari - oh no wait, you do not like fried, no?

Aww, I see your problem, so sorry about that! You will find a menu that is okay with you. And you can eat cake ^^

awww, sorry to hear that. I'm not sure whether this will help but, why don't try '미숫가루'?. Even if it is unavailable to purchase near where you live, you can buy it on the internet such as G-market(they do international shipping). In any case, I hope your food allergy is a temporary problem and I hope you get well soon.

sorry that really must suck.

however, there are a lot of meat substitutes that taste really good. i dont remember what meat tastes like (ive been vegetarian since '91), but my meat eating friends tell me it tastes almost like the real thing.

try boca burgers (meatless meat patty), soyrizo (soy chorizo sausage), seitan (wheat gluten that can be made to imitate almost any kind of real meat even bulgogi and kalbi), etc.

the only thing you should never try is vegetarian seafood. fucking GROSSSSSSS.

Itchy skin can be considered as hell. days of stress can cause you skin problems like eczema, atopy... sorry but i think it's one of them you are suffering with,

ok, quick tips.

1. Apply Aveeno, immediately reliefs itchy skin.

2. Try to eat banana, it will quickly re-build your immune system that has been broke down by all that stresses.

3. Put "I don't give a fuck-personality" on.

hope these gon work for you,

I think the suggestion of fake meat is a great idea. I have been vegetarian for almost 15 years now and fake meat really does fool me. There will probably be a fake meat restaurant near you (normally they are a Buddhist restaurant) and you can get all your favourite Chinese food dishes and maybe in Korea they do Korean dishes. It is really meaty without being meat. The last time I went I had lemon chicken that was so real I couldn't believe it. My husband had beef and blackbean sauce which was too real for me, lol. Look it up.

Sorry to hear about your sudden on-set food allergy.

I'm a lifelong severe multiple food allergy sufferer myself; I cannot not only eat meat but also anything that has milk/egg/yeast/gluten in it, so I can't even eat bread or cake or cookie and stuffs.

I've learned to live with it and be "at peace" with my condition, so it's... liveable. But since you were perfectly fine earlier, the allergy might be caused by something else and entirely curable. I have no idea what may be the cause; you might want to look for specialist help and get some checkups or something.

Before you find out what your problem really is (I think the allergy is the result of something else, not the problem itself), you need to pay special attention to your nurtritional intakes. Because you cannot have meat, there are some essential nutrients that can be missing from your diet, and their absence can really wreck havoc with your health.

Be sure to:
- eat enough protein (you won't be able to think and be creative if you're protein-deprived for too long; your brain needs it.)

- take kelp (for iodine; essential for normal thyroid function), zinc (essential to many bodily functions) and vitamin B complex.

All of the above are necessary for your body to function well but are often insufficient in a meat-free diet.

I hope you get well soon.

i suffered from a meat/meat-based product allergy my self. but it turned out that the 내과 doctor was an airhead(s) and it had nothing to do with what i eat. so i suggest you go to big hospitals such as 강남성모병원 or the university sponsered ones and find a specialist - that is if you haven't already. i got better with combination of shots, prescriptions, follow-up's, etc.

well hope u get better. being unhealthy really sux.

Hey, I'm sry for ur food allergies. Here's some info on how to get meat alternatives. I'm a Londoner so all my info is based there. Check out WHOLE FOODS MARKET in High Street Kensington or Holland & Barrat's or anyother local Health / alternative food stores. They've meat alternatives in their fridge or freezers like vegan sausages etc. I HATE meat so hvnt tried'em but judging from their popularity, they seem ok.
I'm suffering from food allergies too & there's quite a looong list which includes dairy products, gluten, wheat, nuts, coconut, chestnut, food colourings, sweetners, preservatives, magnesium, yeast etc. Basically it means I can only eat home made fresh veg&fruits LOL! Can't have any chewing gums either lol. No alcohol either......joy,eh?
