I love Berlin, but the environment and attitude seems so sterile, austere, and serious. I hear there is a very good, thriving nightlife, tho. Did you visit Munich? VERY DIFFERENT atmosphere! Everyone is happy and always cheerful and laughing and in a party mood.

I think the person who said that humans are supposed to be beautiful and look at beautiful things is warped and has no idea about real life other than fashion... most humans are not beautiful and most human life is not beautiful and so simple. Complexity and adversity and suffering makes this life interesting and worth living. If life were all about being beautiful, it would be boring! And---most normal humans are not very good looking at all. I wonder what this person reads?
