so yeah! but im back in ny since last night
and so many things i have for u.

or "GO SEE EXHIBITIONS!"

so i did.

during fashionweek i visited some galleries
before i went to airport (haha) or in between shows...

i went to see.... richard avedon exhibition in milan,

this guy loris greaud's exhibition at palais de tokyo in paris,

and tate museum in london.

uhhhhhhhh

to be honest, i felt like it sucked..........

alot.......

some new ideas here and there but basically kind of

i was dissapointed, maybe because i expected too much.


richard avedon, OKAY. PASS. its quite what u expect so PASS.

you are a good looking man. and you are so VOGUE.

your style is very classic..............................

okay okay. not amazing for me cos i dont know...not a fan

i know LOTS of fashion ppl love richard avedon like god

but honestly, hmmm its quite repetitive no?

i liked his portrait of this guy who was old man with

really bad tanned skin but was naturally cool .

fantastic man!


and palais du tokyo............... i went with my dear friend

bianca, we ate there it was nice,

we saw the exhbiiton i personally think okay,

its quite MESSY.........................

i only liked one thing from that exhibition...

it was this bathtub .....

it could have been 3 exhbitions in one room...

i know its trying to be cool and something new, contemparory

but it was too cramped up, and too "staged" and trying too hard,

and i felt like so dizzy when i came out cos

too much going on... sound, light instalation, real life people

shooting paint gun, big black jungle jim, fake wooods, weird

projection , tv (i kinda liked the tv thing), big light moon,

stairs, flickering lights, some water shit on the wall of the

whole exhibit, weird light note thing and bunch of shit he wrote

some poetry or some short thing WHICH WAS CRAP, and like 10 paintings, bathtub instalation, plant instalation, ANOTHER

light instalation.....

TOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


and i went to tate for the first time in my life,
(yeah even when i lived in london i didnt go....:P)

i was kind of scared of the floor cos it was too slipery

i saw this exhibit which was getting interesting and this guy

was like whispering at me "were closing"

and i just ignored it and he yelled at me and danny

"WERE CLOSING"

so i couldnt really see.... :(


i was quite upset to be honest with all the galleries

like WHY WHY WHY so many exhibits suck? :(

and last time i went to gugenheim richard prince exhibit

i wanted to die cos it was so long and boring and repetitive

............

and i had to pay 18 bucks :)

so expensive.


i personally feel that modern art world is COURUPPT *cant spell

and its basically SHIT

and money making...


but when was it not about money making?
